I have a question. I don’t know what is going on but I’ve been unable to eat for almost a week now. About all I can put in my mouth that doesn’t immediately get spit out is tomato soup. I need some ideas for stuff that is simple, ready to eat, that I can get from Walmart, Amazon, or perhaps the local grocery store.

Like I live baby back ribs. I made them yesterday and I can’t get even close to being able to eat them.

I rarely eat salads because the damn lettuce sticks to my upper denture so I’m constantly sticking a finger in my mouth to scrape it off lol!

Everything sounds great - until I try to eat it.

you have been thru a bit lately, besides stress, my inclination is imbalance, thyroid etc. Get more salt in your body or good electrolytes (sips of pickle juice will help too); the supplement Thyroid Pro works wonders as it has iron, zinc and selenium that your thyrod needs in order to properly function. When you are not synthesizing T3/T4 correctly in your body - it can lead to appetite issues. L-carnetine is another that helps with thyroid. For stress, Relora or Ashwaganda with black pepper are good supplements. I know you have had some health issues, so you can always call your pharmacist to see if any supplements may interact with any meds you are on. Anti-depressant meds actually stimulate the appetite - they are also used in Vet field if an animal needs help to eat after an infection/illness.
